The best deal I've seen is the one on eBay: 25% off a $100 iTunes GC.

Tom Thumb (Randall's, Safeway) had really great deals the past two years that amounted to 40% off iTunes gift cards. If they do it again this year, it should be in the next couple weeks.

I just did the Target deal where you buy 1 card and get the second one at 30% off. Bought two $15 cards for $25.50 with email delivery. Not super great, but not bad either and I could do it right from home.
