Best Deal for the 2-Day 2 Park Tickets?

I checked around these boards along with Mousesavers, can someone correct me if I am wrong:

We have regular AP (the 365 day type, not the limited days), and my mother will be coming with us for our upcoming April trip. The best deal for a 2-day 2-park ticket for her seems to be if we buy at the gate to get the 15% discount due to the AP. Is this right?

We really only need 1 day 2 park ticket, but since there is no such ticket, and if the 2nd day does not expire, this seems to be the best deal.

Can someone help me to figure out if the above is correct or is there something else better? Thanks!!!

There is a one day, two park ticket. Its only available at the front gate and the last I heard it was like $77.00.

My parents came down when we were there last Aug. and they both purchase the one day two park ticket, avail. ONLY at the gate, and they are about 77. 00
