Best deal for one day hopper ticket buying in U.S.?

I noticed Disney offers a 10% online discount for the one-day hopper. I've seen UK sites with a 15% discount. Do you know where is the best place to buy these tickets from the U.S? If you buy online, I assume you get the actual tickets and can walk right to the gate. Is that right?

Disneyland Paris has a unique approach to having different promotions in different countries Even the UK and other countries in Europe have different prices

DLP introduced a new system where you got a confirmation of your tickets electronically. You took this confirmation to guest services. As we have always bought APs someone else will hopefully have direct experience.

We live in Ireland but were able to book hotel on UK website as it was alot cheaper then booking via Irish site due to exchange rate, I just put in our home adress but left it as county UK. The confirmation came as an email so I just need to print that off.
