Best days to visit each park

Visited WDW in 2001 last and pre September 11th - only just pre as got back the 10th. Info I have on which parks to visit on which days has probably all changed now - especially since early entry has now returned with different days for different parks - which days will be quietest (OK least busy) for visiting the main 4 parks next July? Or is it to early to guess?

Sue, if you are staying on-site, then you may wish to go for the Extra Magic Hour aka early entry and then 'hop' to another park. If you don't wish to attend the Extra Magic Hour, or cannot anyway because you are off-site then you are best to visit the park that had early entry the day after.
I am interested in seeing how Saturday works out though - even though the Magic Kingdom is no longer the EE park, I still think it will be busy, and MK was traditionally quieter on Sundays but it is now EE day so maybe the number will increase? Plus, it is the only park which has a significant number of attractions opening for EE.

Just in case anyone needs to know the Early Entry Days, they are:

Sunday & Thursday- Magic Kingdom
Monday & Friday- Animal Kingdom
Tuesday & Saturday - MGM Studios
Wednesday - Epcot
