I've scrolled through and learned so much for all your posts, thank you!
Looking for some advice on which are the best days to head to the parks? It looks like a lot has changed since our last trip and my head is swirling on what days would be best. We are pretty casual park people - just like being there and doing what we can, would like to avoid crowds as much as possible (though understand the parks are always busy now) and will spend 2 days in each park. We originally were going to spend Mon (17) and Wed (19) in DLR and Tue (18) and Thurs (20) in DCA to avoid the crowds but from what I'm reading I'm not sure it will make a difference being there on the weekdays and might be nicer to have days off in between? We have nothing planned for the days that we aren't in the parks aside from pool time, shopping, relaxing, etc.
