Best Days to go to each Park? Versus Early Entrance?

I often go to the Parks on the days offered for the one hour early entrance for Disney Resort Guests.

But I wonder, does this just make the park fuller than it would normally be, because everyone else is choosing that Park that same day for Early Entrance? Is Early Entrance the best strategy, or should one pick the most crowded parks such as MK on days that DONT increase the crowds with Early Entrance?

Does anyone know the trends of how crowded a Park is or not by Day versus the Early Entrance?

I find myself often going to MK and MGM on purpose on Early Entrance Day, to get on the over crowded rides within the first two hours.

Often I will go to MK/MGM on an Early Entrance Day but try to escape the crowds by 11 AM and go to another Park, it just doesn't seem worth staying in the MK/MGM once the Early Entrance and the early Fast Passes have been done.

Is MK/MGM less crowded on non Early Entrance Days, and what Days typically.

I appreciate any advice.

I found the MK so incredibly overcrowded sometimes, and I would like any advice on what day might make that experience better.

What days have been your "BETTER" experiences at the MK, where it has not been so overcrowded versus other days?
Do you think Early Entrance makes the parks more crowded?

Thanks,

Phil

We use to do EE days when my girls were younger and I could get them up early to arrive right before the park opened. I thought this was great. We did so many things in that hour and were an hour ahead of the crowd. But now we avoid the EE days because we can not seem to get to the parks till 10:00 an hour after the park opens. Then we make use of FP. This works but takes longer to see everything.

Bump....I would like to know the answer to this one also!
Thanks,

I just got the new 2005 Unofficial Guide and it has calendar in it stating what the crowd level will be for every single day from Sept 1, 2004 to Dec 31, 2005. They give each day a number from 1-10, 1 being the least crowded, 10 being a holiday crowd like Christmas. They also state which park(s) to avoid and which parks are recommended on each date.

In this UG and previous ones, they always recommended doing EE and then switching to another park if and when it got too crowded in the EE park.

I saw another posting (don't remember which Board now) asking the Unofficial Guide people (Ken Testa) the science behind this calendar. There was no response yet, but I also wonder how accurate it is and how they determined these figures.

You might want to check it out!
