My family usually goes to MK on Sundays, and it has worked out fairly well on our previous trips. We will still hit it up on other days, but Sundays are our MK day at least for the morning.

Nothing beats MK from 12am-1am on an EMH night. The EMH night this week ( I think last night) I opened wait times at midnight (local) and found 95% of all wait times posted was 5 min. including SM (and this is pre holiday weekend) and many needed sleep to open HS today. We'll gladly trade an afternoon nap under the a/c at the hottest busiest part of the day for a night tour without sunglasses, hats, sunscreen, or waits. We're super delighted though when others avoid EMH like the plague.
