Best day of week for Lego/SW/Safari Park - next week

We will be in Carlsbad on a Wed-Sun. We want to do Legoland, SW, and Safari Park. Also LaJolla and Coronado. Any suggestions on what to do on the weekend? Are all of those parks a lot busier on the weekend? Should I do the 3 parks Wed-Fri and LaJolla and Coronado on the weekend?

The Safari park will not be too bad next week, so any day will be good. Sea World gets really busy during the weekends, so I would do it on a weekday. Also, decide which shows you must see, and get there at least 20 - 30 minutes before show time as they fill up quickly (I would be in line for the Sea Lion and Otter show 30+ minutes, as it fills quickly). I can't say about Legoland, as I have only been there once, for an employee party.
