Best day for UOR 4/23 - 4/26

A friend is traveling to Orlando in April and will be doing one day at Universal.

She and her family will be there from Saturday, April 23th - Tuesday, April 26th. Which day would be better in terms of crowds for her family to visit either Universal or Islands of Adventure?

I would guess Mon. or Tues. maybe??? I think that entire time will be crazy with Spring Breakers.

We will be there from the 17-24th, and are expecting insanity. If not, we will be pleasantly surprise
