Boma is one of the best buffets on property! We really enjoy it!
Tiffins is such great restaurant. I'm going to have to keep going there on my other trips this year, it's the only restaurant we have repeated on every trip.
I would skip the nighttime safari for first timers but if you've been on it many times then it's a nice way to experience it.
What a bummer with the dessert party. No dessert refilling and then super rude people? I don't understand. I'm always iffy on spending on the extra upcharge events, so that would really upset me. Luckily all of ours have been good experiences so far, but we've really only had a few... WOC Dessert Party, Dining Pkg, Fantasmic Pkg in DLR, Paint the Night Pkg, and the Frozen thing in DLR... that I never got to review for you before you went! I'm a bad TR-er!
I absolutely loved the WoC and Paint the Night packages as they were just a really nice way to experience both major shows. I'm so sad PTN is not a regular thing anymore but at least they are bringing ti back for a bit. Why oh why can't they have something like this at WDW!
Good to know the BATB show is outside - I hadn't realized that! I'll remember for planning.
It's hot if you sit on one of the last minute seats at the way back sort of like bleachers. If you're in the main theater I think it may be a little cooler. But I'd just want for a good weather day to watch it.
I'm a bit worried when we do our Tiffins ROL package, that everyone else in our group will be freaked out by the menu...

Oh no are they not adventurous eaters? Well, it's not that bizarre, they do have chicken, fish, steak too LOL. The kids meals had steak and grilled chicken and pasta I think.

I just did the laundry from our last trip so I may end up taking some of the stuff and packing it again...it'll really be like deja vu!

Ugh, this makes me mad just reading about it! What is wrong with people?! And they were seriously sprawling right out which I consider to be kinda rude anyway, depending on how much space they may have taken up from other people.

Somehow these people felt more entitled to this view (and lawn space) more than the rest of us. Sometimes you just have to shake your head and wonder where these people came from and how they function in real life. But since this is Disney you brush it off and enjoy the show.
Your lunch at Tiffins looked interesting, I think the best I could do is convince Fran to try so thing from the bar. She's not very adventurous.

Those were probably love bugs at the pool, they're really annoying in May.
They were huge and so annoying!! They didn't bite but I didn't want one near me in any case!
I'm so sad about the Express Bus service. I just made my FP+ for October and totally had to rethink without being able to hop back and forth.
I'm really sad about this. I still want to park hop because that is what I do all the time express bus or not...but it was a really nice luxury while it lasted!
The animals are mostly cool at night if you can get up close, but not so much if you have to look far away and they are hard to see.
I'll be off to the new TR!
This was the issue with the night safari, as all the animals were really far away plus it was dark so other than the lion we didn't see much!
