Best CS In Future World at EPCOT

We are looking for a nice little lunch at EPCOT because we want to take advantage of all our time there. We always go to the Electric Umbrella, but I hear now that it isn't that great anymore. I don't want to have lunch in WS (although we may resort to that). Any suggestions welcome. Thanks alot!

In FutureWorld, I'd say Sunshine Seasons was the place that was the best. They had offerings for everyone in our group...A Low-Carber, A vegetarian, A Vegan. It was good and big portions for a CS.

For the convenience and in order to match our touring plans, we always have lunch in FW. When picky DD comes along, we always end up at the Electric Umbrella. Last Jan it was just DH and I and we loved the Season's CS place in the land pavillion. Many healthy choices and not too filling....especially when you have an ADR at Le Cellier later on in the evening!

We ate at Sunshine Seasons two weeks ago. It was great!! There was something for everyone in our party. Some had chinese, some sandwhichs which were huge and to die for. We really enjoyed it. We hit it at 11:30 and that seemed to be perfect because as we sat there the place got crazy.

Here's another vote for Sunshine Seasons. There is a tremendous variety of choices and the portions are filling. I kind of wish I had discovered it earlier in our trip due to their huge dessert menu, all of which were available on the DDP. As it was, the Asian chocolate cake I had was excellent. Rich, but not excessively so and you could taste the different kinds of chocolate they had in the cake. My brother, who doesn't really go for rich cakes, thought this was excellent.

Sunshine Seasons is by far the best counter service location in Epcot's Future World. Plenty of choices, and plenty of tables in air conditioning.

You might want to have lunch there while you wait for your Soarin' fastpasses to become valid.

I think Sunshine Seasons may in fact be our favorite CS place in all four of the parks. I always have a hard time deciding what I want there, which is not a problem faced at most CS places where there's only one option that appeals.

I'm assuming that Sunshine Seasons is the name of the food court in the Land?????
If so, yes, I agree that it is the best CS food in FUture World.

I think that in the World Showcase that the Tangierine Cafe in Morroco is a great value...I had plenty of food to share chicken and lamb and couscous and a cucumber salad and hummus, etc. I was on the DDP so it also included a drink and dessert (baklava). Lots of food.I
