Food network magazine current issue has a basic baked mac and cheese recipe out. Sorry, don't have the link at the moment.
So, I followed that but made a few changes...for the cheese, I didn't have what was listed, but used 1 bag of the mexican cheese mix and 1 of the italian cheese mix. Then I used bowtie pasta. Then I put panko bread crumbs on top. Really easy and it turned out SO good. I've made it twice in the last 10 days because the kids asked for it again.
