anyone have any ideas???? I need two good gift ideas for two coworkers. We just work together nothing outside of work. Both are on a higher pay bracket then me so I need good gifts limit $10. they both haven't mention gift giving but I want to give them both a little something. Thanks

both are female

I am going to check out Ulta for some ideas. I am thinking hand cream(bliss) or maybe some nail polish(my co worker is early 20's)

My coworkers one is in late 40's and the other is late 20's or early 30's. Guft due Thursday!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Well its not due but I'm hoping to give something by then

Scarf - kohl's had some brands on sale for 8.99-11.99 (in store). And with a coupon they would be lower

Stationary - TJ maxx, Marshalls and home goods have nice stuff and you could get an assortment for under $10 or a nice frame for their desk.

Specialty teas, hot chocolate or coffee (again from the store mentioned above)

Some past ideas:
Mini Ghiardelli chocolates
Buy a big pack of disposible hand &/or toe warmers from LLBean (inside the big bag they're individually wrapped & can give to many.)
Fuzzy holiday socks.
A big bag of that person's favorite candy if known ( Reese's, Peppermint Patties, etc)
Holiday-themed kitchen towels.

Strong-scented lotions aggravate my allergies so I tend to avoid them though others would probably appreciate them.

I still believe it's the thought that counts, not how much you spend. :goodvibes

a set of gloves and a bag of candies...I went to Kohls (with coupon) and got friends a pair of gloves and a little star shaped ornament of Godiva chocolates....

Even if you don't know them well, you probably know more about them than you realize. Repeating some ideas from others, but:

Do they drink coffee or tea or hot chocolate at work? Maybe a mug with a coffee gift card, or a box of tea or packets of hot chocolate.

What kind of snacks at work interest them? Do you bake or make candy? You could give them homemade bread or cookies or candies. Or if they don't eat many sweets, you could make up a small fruit basket.

Water bottle or tumbler with straw to use at work?

If your workplace is chilly, fingerless mitts/hand warmers?

Do they have pets? Something pet-related like a fun dog book or calendar. (Shake Puppies is about $10 on Amazon, though you don't have time to order it--but something like that?)

I'd avoid scented candles and lotions unless you know for sure they don't have issues with them -- I'm very sensitive to scents, and so are a number of my coworkers.

How about a Christmas mug and a package of hot chocolate or one of the small coffees?

Not sure if you have a Five Below store near you, but I got all my coworkers a portable power key chain which charges cellphones and/or ipods for $5. I planned on getting them for my daughters only, but thought they were such a neat idea and good value that I ended up getting one for everyone I work with. Here's a link to the item if you're interested: http://www.fivebelow.com/rechargeable-usb-battery-bank.html

You probably don't have the time now but I didn't want to spend any more than $20 on my coworkers and I ended up seeing/purchasing Swarvorski "elements" earrings on groupon for my co workers. They came in different colors and were either $10 or $15 each.

I gave my co-worker a plastic candy cane from the liquor store that had 5 mini-bottles of different flavored schnapps. Then added a box of hot chocolate and a mug.

Told her I won't tell if she breaks into it here at work, but only if she shares! :thumbsup2

I had to get someone a secret santa gift at work. On their wishlist was Bath & Body Works. Luckily the day I went the entire Aromatherapy line was 50% off PLUS I had a coupon for a free item up to $13 when I made a $10 purchase!!! I scored $40 worth of stuff for $13. Talk about a bargain. The free purchase coupon is floating around the net (dont know if I can link to it) and good until the 24th of Dec. They have free cellophane bags with ribbon and gift tags in the store. Drop a couple of products in and it makes for a really cute presentation.

My DH has a team of about 12 people at work that he is doing a small white elephant gift exchange for. He is providing the gifts and had to stick to a budget of $5 per item or less. I would have loved to have $10 to spend per person. As it was I had to get very creative. A couple of things I picked up were some Blu Ray/DVD combo packs from black friday sales and a recent Best Buy Deal. I got Moneyball, Smurfs 2, Superman Man of Steel and Despicable Me 2. Despicable Me 2 was only $3.96 and it was the combo pack as well! Other items were a really nice Reed Diffuser Set found at TJ MAXX, a Yankee Candle giftset that was $5 with coupon at the store, an infinity scarf from Kohls, a couple of Giftcards, a huge box of Hersheys Pot of Gold Chocolates from a coupon deal at CVS and a ceramic travel mug that we stuck a couple of Starbucks VIA packs in. There were a couple of other items but I cant recall what they were right now.

When all else fails Giftcards to their favorite lunch or coffee place would work in a pinch! Good Luck!!

The best holiday gift I ever got from a coworker was a Starbucks giftcard. It may not seem personal or special, but it's still thoughtful and definitely useful!

Thanks everyone. I ended up doing fuzzy socks, bath and body works with a spongy plastic thingy.
I have 3 past coworkers that want to get together after the holidays for lunch. I'm sure two want to exchange so I'm going to hopefully get bath and body works sale and other ideas some of you listed like special chocolate , fuzzy socks etc.
