We'll be there in early May and I've planned everything except where to eat lunch at USF & IOA. Any suggestions?? Thanks.

I don't know the name of the place, but it is in Amity at US. They sell fish 'n chips and hot dogs. The fish 'n chips were surprisingly good. You eat at picnic tables by the water. You may have to fight the gulls off, but it ads to the feeling of being in a beach community. It's fun.

The hands-down winner in this category (IMHO) is Thunder Falls Terrace in Jurassic Park at IOA.

The menu was created and supervised by the same chef who opened Mythos and it shows. It's pretty much regular barbecue type fare but extremely well done, with imaginative side dishes and very nice presentation. On top of that, you get to eat off real plates with real silverware in a very handsome space.

Hmmm...the last time I was at Thunder Falls Terrace they had plastic utensils and paper plates. The food is still good, though. :)

Another good counter service is at the Fire Eater's Grill at IOA. It has the best gyros I've ever had. Seating is very limited though. Also try the Burger Digs, which has the best burgers in the park.

I also have to admit Fire Eaters Grill is good...I also ate at Green Eggs and Ham, which was good in its own special way ;) (wink wink)
The place in the tree stump that looks like a guy across from Dueling Dragons is cool too... :D

"The Tree Stump restaurant" is the Enchanted Oak Tavern.
