Best Counter Service Pasta?

We will be at WDW for the marathon as my DSIL is running in the 1/2 marathon. He is big on eating pasta the night before a race. I know of a couple of good table service restaurants for pasta, but where do you think the best pasta can be found at a counter service restaurant. We won't have transportation to leave WDW, so it needs to be within a park or a resort.

Wolfgang Express has pasta, & I believe most, if not all of the counter service resort rest. do as well.

Riverside Mill foodcourt at POR has "create your own pasta" that you can choose the type of pasta, sauce and any additions you might want. It certainly isn't gourmet, but it's not bad either...

I never ordered them but I have heard some good reviews about the Pasta with Marinara Sauce and the Pasta with chicken basil cream sauce, in the Contempo Cafe at the Contemporary.

I love the make your own pasta at POR Riverside Foodcourt. There are a variety of choices to use.
