Best Counter Service choices

DH and I will be going to US/IOA for 2 days in January. This is our first trip and we will be paying OOP for meals since I haven't heard good things about the Universal Meal Deal.

So, what can you recommend as the best Counter Service places to eat? We will be eating lunch and dinner on our first day and then lunch and POSSIBLY dinner day 2. One meal will be at the 3 Broomsticks for sure.

I was able to find prices for the 3 Broomsticks so have a good idea what to budget for that but for the other places, what would you suggest budgeting for meals?

DH and I are not huge eaters but will probably each get our own meal as I'm pregnant and usually too hungry to split a meal these days. I'm planning on using Butterbeer mugs for drink refills (I read that soda refills are about $1).
