Have you ever had an outstanding experience with a CM?
I once got a flat tire on may into AK after waiting in contstruction traffic on I-4. I couldn't figure out how to remove the locking lug nut on the rental car. My toddler was screaming, I was sweating, and my in-laws were waiting in the park to meet us. Our stress levels were skyrocketing. I got back in the car and drove into the lot on the flat tire. Once we were in the lot we saw that the were guiding everyone in a big circle to the otherside of the lot. The smell of burning rubber told me the wheel wasn't going to make it that far so I just crossed over the cones and pulled into the nearest paking spot. Well, about four different Disney vehicles descended on us in seconds as if we had just robbed a bank. I thought I heard someone scream "Out of the car with your hands up!" but I'm sure that was my imagination. Anyway i yelled that I had a flat tire and couldn't they just leave me alone. My tirade extended beyond that and they dispersed back to their assigned spots. My wife was looking like she was considering claiming that she didn't know me. One CM stayed. I assumed he drew some sort of instant short straw that left him to deal with the crazy guest. He saw my 2002 U.S. Open golf shirt. He asked if I was from Long Islan, that he grew up in the same town as the golf course and started asking me if some local favorite places were still there. Turns out we grew up about 2 miles from each other. Once I calmed down He suggested that I try again. Sure enough, with a clmer head I was able to get the lug nut off. The CM suggested going into the park and dealing with the tire later. This advise led to an excellent and very magical day.
