BEST clothing for this HOT time of YEaR??

Going to the parks soon.
We have not been in the middle of summer for a while and wondering what to wear?

What do you wear when it is REALLY HOT?

Ladies, SUNDRESS? Shorts? tanks?
What about for the men,

i am so afraid that my Ds is going to want to wear those HORRIBLE long jean shorts. uuggggggghhhhhh

We went this time last year and I was really worried about what to wear in the heat. Also, I was concerned about wearing something that would dry quickly in the humidity. I bought a few Underarmour shirts, shorts and panties, which worked out great! They are moisture-wicking and quick-drying. They are a bit pricey, but worth it!!!

I have been considering sundresses , really flimsy material type non sticking but then i am afraid my upper legs will stick together.....

I love light cotton tank sundresses! I wear shorts and tank tops a good bit too, but a loose dress is a lot less constricting than, say, a pair of jean shorts.

Cotton tank tops and shorts!!! As light and as little as possible! And my recommendation - DO NOT try to wear a backpack in that heat.

That's what I wear and I solved the problem of the sticking (getting heat
rash) Last trip I bought Wicking Underwear that were cut like bike shorts shorts--I looked at Target in the womens exercise clothes but they were
$20.00 each so I went over in the Mens section and found Mens X-Small
tight fitting Boxer Wicking Underwear (it worked Great-and cost only
$8.99--made of the same fabric as the womens shorts). The Mens wicking underwear did not have any seamed opening in front like regular mens underwear. They were also short enough in lenght to wear shorter skirts.
These shorts worked great with the perperation (because of the wicking fabric) so that I would not get heat rash.
Target also has womens wicking underwear --this I wear under a pair of wicking outdoor activity (like Hiking)
shorts (they have spandex and stretch) I bought these last year at Sports Authority--they came in Cream, Black and Olive Green.

For the men I got my husband a couple of Under Armour shirts. He loves wearing them out there. He said they r the best. Beats the cotton shirst any day. UA is beathebable material.
