Best Christmas decorations at a Disney restaurant?

My wife and I will be sneaking in an early December trip to revel in the beauty of Christmas in the World. But, for all we know about the not-to-miss places from previous Christmas visits, it occurred to us that we have no recollection of which restaurants (if any) have great holiday displays!

Are there any? Where? Recommendations based on the decorations alone?

I have read that Biergarten in Germany at the World Showcase has nice decorations and a festive feel with the band.

Artist Point/Whispering Canyon Cafe might also be nice since they are right off of the beautifully decorated WL lobby.

We are planning to have tea at the Garden View Tea Room at the GF on our December trip and listen to the pianist/orchestra play Christmas music in the lobby from there.

These are just the first that come to mind... I would love to hear other posters' suggestions too!

Out of all the places we ate last December, I only remember Biergarten really having any decorations.

I had thought about Whispering Canyon (since it is an off-the WL-lobby option and we definitely plan on visiting to gawk). In all our WDW visits, we've never eaten there...has it toned down any in recent years?

Any others?
