We will eat at O'Hana the night BEFORE our cruise, experience the magic of our Disney cruise for 4 days, and then that night (after the cruise and before we go home) all 8 of us are wanting to eat a great meal together. The next morning, my family (without my parents and sister) have reservations at Boma for brunch, so WHERE should we go the night before? We will have gotten to experience the Polynesian and then Animal Kingdom Lodge. We want a nice meal, but really want to see a great resort or have a great experience, too. :-) Thanks!!

You may not be very hungry after the cruise, but I would say pick a resort you want to see and then choose from their restaurants. We personally love Wilderness Lodge, so you could try Whispering Canyon Cafe, or Artist Point.
The Contemporary has the Wave, Chef Mickey's, and California Grill. There are several at the Grand Floridian also.
Many of the moderates have nice restaurants. We like Boatwrights at POR and then a stroll around the grounds.

Have fun on your cruise!

We too love HDDR. I think after all the food of a cruise the more relaxed atmosphere of Pioneer Hall and HDDR will be great

I agree with the others. If you want to experience a great resort, I would head to WL. Artist Point is our favorite there, but if you don't want a signature, try WCC. HDDR is awesome and Ft. W is a lot of fun, but, again, if you don't want to spend the money on a dinner show, I would stick with a restaurant at WL and maybe consider taking the boat over to Ft. W if you'd like to visit. The WDW stables are there, so those are nice to visit as well.
