best character meal for 11 month old?

which would be the best for an 11 month old? its her first trip to wdw and we want to get her with all the characters we can.

really, i would just choose where you want to eat & go from there...you can meet all the characters in mickey's toon town...the barn, i think.

anyplace with pooh & tigger, etc would be great...

Chef Mickey's or Crystal Palace would be my choice, I think. But remember that she may very well be scared of the characters.

Chef Mickey's. We took our daughter there for her first birthday and she loved squeezing the characters noses. She thought they were funny. She wasn"t scared of the characters at all until she turned 2. We take her to Disney every year for her birthday. We just came back yesterday from #3! She loved the characters this time because she knew what to expect. Good luck to you.

Chef Mickey's or Crystal Palace depending on who or what your daughter is familiar with. CM has Mickey and the gang, while CP has Winnie the Pooh and the gang. Either one, the food is decent and good selection. Crystal Palace seems noisier simply because of the acoustics.

Chef Mickey's will have... Mickey, Minnie, Pluto, Goofy, Chip and Dale.

The Crystal Palace will have...Pooh, Tigger, Eyore, and Piglet.

I vote Chef Mickey's. We took my little one there when he was about 1yr, then at 18 months old. The characters interact great with the little ones. Pluto came and picked him up and held him like a baby, then dipped him for a pic.


The key is to stimulate them with the disney characters and get really excited to see them. That is what we did. My biggest fear was that I would have the kid that screamed when he saw a character. (Nope...that would be my sister's kid!) hee-hee.
