Never done any character meals at AK, but my favs are the breakfast at CP, especially before MK opens and also Cape May over at the BC.

Enjoy!!!

Chef Mickey's is our favorite! Chef Mickey's is located at the Contemporary and is worth the trip!

I second the Garden Grill in the Land at EPCOT. We went adults only to the character breakfast and it was very good. :)

My dh and I go every year without kids or grandkids. We do a few character meals because isn't everyone a kid at disney? LOL We like Chef Mickeys, 1900 Park Fair, and Crystal Palace. This year we will also do the new Husker House breakfast in AK and Garden Grill in Epcot. We can't wait! Enjoy

second - Cape May Cafe at the Bc - the breakfast is good too!
I agree with Spiceycat! Cape May's the BEST for adults. I've been there twice solo and once with other adults. I've also eaten at CP, LTT, and Tusker House either solo or just DH, and my preferrence is Cape May.

I've been to Donald's breakfast at Tusker House in AK. The food and atmosphere was good.
But I would definetly recommend Goofy's Beach Club Breakfast at Cape May Cafe, Beach Club Resort. The food, staff and atmosphere are excellent. Request for Dorothy C., she is the best/sweetest waitress there.
My second choice for character breakfast would be 1900 Park Fare at Grand Floridian Resort.

Breakfast at Chef Mickey's was the best food and best service we've had at any character meal.

DW and I are grandparents who go to WDW several times a year. Sometimes with the kids and sometimes by ourselves. Since Mickey and friends are our favorites, we love Cape May. We also enjoy Crystal Palace because we like the Pooh crowd very much also. However, we were pleasantly surprised this last trip (Christmas) when we had breakfast with the whole family at Hollywood & Vine. While DW and I could not relate to the Lil Einstein characters, we thought the breakfast itself was the best at Disney. DW and adult DD couldn't stop raving about the food, especially the grits.

My DH and I (by accident) found Chef Mickey's at the Contemporary. We had a GREAT time. We then proceeded to hop the rest of the hotels on the monorail line. We had a wonderful day. Enjoy your trip!:flower3:

I agree with Chef Mickey. It had all the classic characters with great food too.

If you to go to the breakfast in AK try for an early reservation. Our reservation was for 7:10 but the park didn't open till 8am. We got to walk through a section of the park pretty much by our selves. :thumbsup2 It was so quiet and peaceful. You could hear the animals and birds...it was so quiet it was kind of weird. We stood in from of the Tree of Life for 10 minutes just in amazement with no one around. It was great. The classic characters were there too but the food was okay, typical pancakes, sausage, eggs, cereal, bagels, juice, bacon...that kind of stuff. Pretty reasonably priced too.

Crystal Palace is wonderful too if you like Pooh bear and friends. Actually DH and I are going back in Sept with no kids this time (anniversary) and we are still taking time to go to the Crystal Palace as the food is amazing and the atmosphere is beautiful.

Good luck with a tough choice!

If you are strictly looking for breakfast, then do go to Donald's Safari Breakfast. The food offerings were good and it was fun. My husband and I went (we have no children) and had a blast.:cloud9:

Donalds safari is wonderful it was so much fun we went on our disneymoon, I am 25 and he is 32 and we both loved it, we also had fun at chef mickeys.
