BEST Breakfast Buffet on Property?

Best way to make my DH happy at Disney is an epic breakfast buffet. I'm an adventurous eater and would love to try new things but hubby would be happy with a big stack of pancakes. We also have two kiddos happy with the typical Mickey waffles, fruit and yogurt. Any suggestions? Thanks!

Yup. None of the others offer much that can be considered adventurous.

Except for 1900 PF's gummy bears at breakfast. YUM!

They'd better reopen by our return. I miss my gummy bears breakfast dessert.

Also, if you need more breakfast suggestions not a buffet but we love WCC at WL. They have AYCTE skillets and a regular menu. Ale & Compass at YC has added a buffet. We were there in November when they just had the menu and loved it.

Wow overwhelming consensus thus far for Boma. I have never done it. I will have to try it. My vote is for the Tusker house character breakfast in AK. I always book it on my AK day and my family always loves it. It is a character breakfast, so you will have to enjoy that. You get Mickey, Minnie, Donald, Daisy, Goofy and Pluto all in unique safari outfits. You don't get those outfits anywhere else. There are some adventurous options as well as it is in AK and there are some African inspired foods.

Boma is my favorite, too. We did really enjoy the Ale and Compass buffet last time we were there - no clue if that is even still a thing, though. Not super, super unique, but a few things executed well.

Definitely Boma. It's a perfect combination of typical breakfast food, but also has some more adventurous options.

I'll also throw out a non-buffet but still AYCTE option - Whispering Canyon. The skillets are excellent.

I think Tusker is still family-style and not buffet since reopening.

While not a buffet, Topolino's has the best breakfast on property in my opinion- and the best value. You an order as many entrees as you want, plus the pastry baskets. I have done Tusker House and Boma in the past year and wasn't really impressed by either. But I would pick Boma over Tusker House if characters aren't a factor.

Oh yes, definitely. It’s at the back of the lobby, down some stairs and out the doors to the (fenced off) viewing area. There may be a more direct route than going from Boma back up to the lobby, but that’s probably the quickest.
