Best Beach for kids on 7 mile beach at Grand Cayman

We're thinking of doing Grand Cayman on our own. Our current plan is take a bus or cab to the Turtle Farm in the am and then afterwards, grab a spot on 7mile beach. We have two kids - 8 and 4 and are looking for beach recommendations. Is there any spot in particular you'd recommend?? We don't mind paying for chairs and umbrella but don't want to pay one of the resorts.

If it matters, from what I remember researching where to stay on GC a few years ago, the south end nearest the terminal was rocky and had more coral than mid way up the beach. We chose to stay mid beach.

Check out the royal palms club-we rented a cabana prior to leaving. A little crowded at first but then it clears out by 1! Good to have a spot with cover and chairs!

One note, the pool at Royal Palms is adult-only. Or used to be.
