Best bang for your buck? DDP question

I will be in the World Nov 9-16th. I'm gonna be on the Quick Service Dining Plan. So 2 Meals and 2 Snacks per day. What will be the best places to eat in each park that will get me the most for my credits? Also, can I use them at Epcot during the FAWF?

2 meals and 2 snacks per night you stay, not per day.

You will likely be able to use snack credits at the Epcot World Showcase festival kiosks, but not CS credits.
