Best ASMu room without preferred

Okay... I know there are several ASMu experts here because you guys have graciously answered other questions about ASMu for me before.

My family is staying at ASMu end of June. Can you please tell me what would be the best place to possibly request that is not preferred. We have not asked for anything so I thought maybe we would ask the experts here and see where would be a good place.

Courtyard view of Jazz is wonderful!!

However, a lot of the Jazz rooms have been converted to Family Suites, so not many single rooms to choose from in those buildings.

We stayed in a Jazz room in December and I would highly recommend it. We really enjoyed our stay there. We had a king room.
