But the red is so pretty!
I had 5 at one time on my feeder today---then I told DH what DISMOMMOM said about them freezing here in the mountains, and I have to take my feeders down soon.......
My kitty will be disappointed too--she stalks them from inside the house!

If you are in the mountains Temmie, I hate to say this but I think you better take your feeders down now. Sept 1st in PA and the altitude there would make you about equal to their weather, so for the little birdies sakes you must take them down, sorry

My DD14 went on a school field trip to Atlanta last year (left from near Charlotte and it was a day trip )--she really liked the Coke plant (though she doesn't like sodas), some big mall, and the MLK site.
She said the Coke plant reminded her of the one at Epcot--although she really misses the dude shoveling ice!

Great that she's not a big soda drinker!

My DH will make every attempt to "swing by" this place--even if we are in Japan........but I'll only go early in the day when my feet don't get glued to the floor!

You anywhere near Stafford, VA? If so do you need a job? I just had a friend tell me she wished I lived there as her son is looking for a secretary and they pay real well.
