Chapter 40: Were they Expecting Me...Or was I at the Wrong Resort?

Chapter 40: Day 1 Part 2

OK it has been Long enough....Ya'll deserve an Update....

So Are we Lost?.......Well Disneydad walks into the Lobby & Knows Right away that He is Where He want's to be....

So I walk up to the Front Desk....& the CM calls Me over & asks "Are you Cking In"...& of Course I say Yes Mam!!!.....

Well I hand Her My Documents...& she looks up at Me & say's UHHHHHH Sir you are Supposed to Be at POR.........






& this is The Grand Floridian.......Well imagine My surprize!!!...I say "I thought I was Booked In the Grand Floridian Maam...Please Ck your Records".....

She comes Back a Few minutes & says " No Sir You are booked into the POR.....

I say " you are crazy I need to see a Manager"...

She Say's " Yes Sir Disneydad"

Well Three Managers & 2 Security Guards Later.........

OK I am Telling a Story I was At......

Yep the Right Resort!!!!!

well the Kids Come Piling out of the Van...

1st Comes Anna Banana......

B is LeeSee.......

& Last comes Drew My Boo.........

Notice that We are all ready for Disney!!!.....Remember we left from the Seralago Resort & Hotel...( I highly Recommend them!)

& we were ready to go to The Kingdom!!!!!

Well I get in & DisneyMom needs a Photo of us Cking In...

I look a Little Nut's In that Pic ....Right?

& then Me at the Desk getting our Room!!!

& the Kids watching the TV in the Lobby!!!

Well It is 10am & I am hoping to get My preffered Room...A room in Bldg 18....Well I am told under No certain Terms would I be getting a Room in that Bldg!!..

I say you do realize that I am Disneydad .....Right?

She say's Yes I do....However....we have No rooms left in that Bldg>>>>

I say ....."throw someone out!!!!!!".......OK I say "DO you have something in bldg 14 0r 15......on the ground floor....

She Quite infactically said..."NO".....I say so where do you have rooms?.....


She says in Bldg 27 0r 28....& proceeds to show me where those are...I say...Do you really know who Disneydad is....She admits that she does not....So I proceed to tell Her......Well about 10 Minutes Later...a Manger calls her over & says " I know who that Is!!! & we have a Special room for Him!!!"....Now after I stop Crying he says "really we have a room for You it is room 1408 & it is Ground Floor & it is the Closest Room to the Parking Lot & the Closest room to the Restaurant......& the Closest Room to the Pool......


But you will have to wait until 2 pm to get in...I say okey Dokey...

& we head out to the Parks.....

Well where did you go ...You Might ask...& I will respond..."did you Read My PTR?????"

We always go to MGM....On our first day!!!!!!

Well we Jump in the Van & head top MGM!!!!

We get our Handy Dandy Wheelchair....& off we go!!!!

Well it is our Tradition to Go straight to the Hat!!!.......

So we head that Way!!!

I see a guy standing their looking inconspicuos.....& being the First Day I am Thinking...YOaMD's!!!!
so we head over to talk to Him.....& .........He is just a Clean Up CM!!!

so Anna Traded a Pin with Him...

& it turns out he has on the Same Exact Grandma Glasses that Drew Has on!!!

So we Have to get a Pic with Him...(he bought them from Lost & Found for a Dime!!!)

Well on our way to our First Ride we encounter our First Character!!

Hey I was Thinking of you Dan!!!!

So can you Guess our First Ride...Here is a Pic!!!!

Yep that's Right Kiddo's it was The Great Movie Ride.....

After that we head over to Star Tours...& along the Way Who do we See but .......

The Star Troopers ...& Who is that in the Background???

Yep it's Darth Vader!!!.....

Well this would turn into a Big Controversy later in trip....But I will leave that story till later!!!

So we head down New York St........ & get to our 3rd Character.....

Now Drew & I had been before...we went last year!!!..but DisneyMom & the Girl's had never been....They Liked it ...In Fact they said it was a ............

We get through with the Show Z& decide to head over to....

By Now We Are thinking Hey the Room is Ready ....& we have our First Dis Meet Scheduled!!!!

BTW.........Last year when we saw Kim Possible and Ron Stoppable........Leesee runs up to Ron Stoppable and gives him a big hug........to which he says........I've NEVER had anyone actually be this excited to see me!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! They usually ignore me and sometimes don't even ask for my autograph!
