Sharky - you've never roasted the seeds? What is wrong with you! Its the best part of carving pumpkins!

A little butter and salt and in the oven until they are crunchy and brown!

Our busy lives and our medical lives are getting in the way of our DIS social life, how sad .

But on a bright note, I had a really, for true Philly Cheesesteak for lunch, yes down here in Louisiana. There is a place here that is owned and operated by people from Philadelphia and they have their meat, cheese, rolls, etc. all flown in every day from Philly so it tastes like home, ahhhhhh, now I have that warm fuzzy feeling again!
