I'm back. My friend who does my nails had to fly to England today. Her MIL fell ill over night and her and her DH are trying ot get to her before she passes. I had a bed feeling when she didn't answer the doorbell so i called her cell and sadly, I was right.

Oh that is a shame. I'm sorry to hear that Sarah! That's quite a long flight from the west coast! I know when our friend used to visit us from England, when we were in NJ, she said her flight was about 5 or 6 hours and you still have to go all the way across the country. I hope she makes it and can be with her MIL.

Holy Cow everybody !

More poor punkin' No it didn't get smashed. My husband was sure to call me later that day (I was at work) to let me know that it had turned to soup and he had to get the big shovel and scrape it off the concrete. It has been 65 to 70 around here. I don't get it. DisneyDad --- you carved yours right after mine --- how's it holdin up?

Aww...that totally stinks.

We didn't even do a pumpking this year.

Ds is very sentimental with things. So, if we had a pumpking and when it started to go bad and time to throw it out, he would have a fit if we tried to throw it out.

Like with our inflatables last year....he literally cried for 2 days when they came down..felt so bad...
