Outside of buses, both the Epcot and MK resorts are the best. You can walk to Epcot and Studios from BCV or BWV and it is otherwise a pleasant boat trip. You can walk to MK from BLT, and the monorail, when it is not on a special schedule for repairs like when they eliminated service part of the day for several months, is a quick and usually reliable transportation source.
Now to using buses. We have found AKV to be the best, with only two internal stops, no sharing with other resorts, and the fewest incidence of delays. As to the worst, BWV wins hands down. It shares with Swan/Dolphin (two stops), and sometimes with YC/BC, making for long trips, and in our experience has had the most frequent and worst problems with delays. I cannot count the number of times I have stood at the BWV bus station waiting 45 minutes or more for a park bus to arrive while watching three to four buses for the other park show up, and waiting at MK or AK for an hour or more for the bus to come while every other resort has three to five buses come by, and when the one for BW does show up, the driver has no idea there was any delay.
