Does any one know the average cost of airline tickets per person from Hartford to Orlando? First time flying, and want to know what a good price is.
TIA!
I don't know about August, but we just paid about $350 per person roundtrip on JetBlue out of Hartford for our early Dec. trip. That was flying down on a Saturday, back on a Sunday. I keep getting emails from Booking Buddy about roundtrip airfare on Delta for $188. That may be something for you to look into. You sign up and tell them what airport you're flying out of, and a few other pieces of info, and they email you when deals are out. Good luck!
We're flying from BDL to MCO next Friday. By constantly checking the kayak website (and Southwest, too) I got a round trip for 184.40 including taxes, etc.
by booking one way through SW there and one way through Delta home. PVD airport is a good alternative, too, but I just love how small and easy BDL is.
Try Delta--I booked my family a few months ago for end of June/beginning July and tickets were around $189.00 r/t each. I was able to get my family of five to Florida for about $920.00 r/t, nonstop, great times. Keep checking.
We booked our Aug. air with Delta at $189/person including taxes and fees. Just put in July 9 through 16 and it is coming up at $200/person including taxes and fees. We love the non-stop that Delta has first thing in the morning and then use the evening non-stop on the way back. Gives you more time at the parks. We usually use Delta but this is the first time that they have actually been coming up cheaper than the other airlines.
