Best advice you've received from this Board..

To pack a power strip, don't wear new shoes, take a break in the afternoon or a day off at the resort with a nice dinner that evening, but best of all...relax...it's okay if you don't see everything.

All the great suggestions on stuff to take. I now have a list:

Closet sweater hanger
Over the door shoe organizer for toiletries, etc.
Large clip for drapes
Have case of water/soda delivered to the room
Small Zip lock bags for phones
Medium zip lock bags for shoes
Power strip
Pop up hamper
Small bottle of dish soap and sponge
Quarters, dollars, envelopes (for tips) and stamps
Short line and clothespins for wet swimsuits
Insect repellant
Small box/basket for small items, such as, room keys, lanyards, phones, chargers, park tickets and passes, scissors, ponchos

Lots and lots of favorite tips!

Pop up hamper (takes up like no space in the suitcase, and helps to keep the room tidy)

Ziploc bags for phones, ponchos, etc

Moleskin and blister block (cheap deodorant) to ward off blisters

Power strip for the room

Putting your Mickey bar/Popsicle stick through the hold of a plastic drink lid to help catch drips and keep clothes clean

Baby wipes in the backpack to clean hands and tables

Lip balm with sunscreen to keep from getting sunburned lips (ouch!)

Cutting up a sponge, putting dawn on them and drying them out. Put them in a ziploc bag and use for cleaning mugs in the room!

Taking an afternoon break back at the room to take a nap, swim and recharge

I'm sure there are more, but I haven't finished my coffee yet, so my brain isn't functioning at full capacity yet!

I found this, and it looks like very good advice:
To avoid having your stroller stolen, put a diaper with pudding on it in a plastic bag.

Don't plan the whole day out and keep a schedule. Some of the best moment are spontaneous ones. Take a moment to just take it all in. It's no fun rushing around to ride the rides and catch ADRs the whole trip.
I remember someone mentioning that their kid's best time was when they "just played on that grass over there".

I would have to say Cheshire Figments help with all my ticket questions when I first started going to Disney. Between him & Robo's tips, I have saved lots of money and time.

don't overplan:thumbsup2 plan a few things per day (max) and then let the rest of your time fill itslef...those are usually the best times...
and.... tour how YOU like to tour.... :thumbsup2(my sons do NOT get up early, and it makes them grouchy,so we NEVER do rope drop. We get there when we're ready, and usually leave pretty late. B/C that's how WE travel best)
Bring a credit card.:rotfl2::thumbsup2:cool1:

to use resortcerts! I was an on property person only for many, many years. That changed totally with resortcerts.
