Best 5 nights to go btwn now and Jan. 4 adults and least crowds?

I am trying to plan the least expensive 5 night adults only trip between now and mid. January. When is the least crowded, best weather, and least expensive? I have tickets already, could stay offsite but would prefer some transportation to/from parks...

I was thinking beginning of December but have read it's pop warner week and that it will be crowded?

Help, I'm an OLD newbie and have gotten really really rusty!

As a Florida resident, I would choose either second week of November; the second week after Thanksgiving; or the second week after New Years. Either starting Sunday night or Monday morning. Before my kids were in school we would go (super cheap by the way) in October/November. But that was before free dining. So if you want to go to restaurants, choose January- no free dining, but really good hotel deals (sometimes that is better than free dining anyway!) So I would choose the the second week after New Years (before MLK.)
