going home in 7 days...have requested an epcot view...will be checking in early...should we ask for a specific room/floor?

If you just want to avoid a view of the quiet pool, it probably doesn't matter a lot. If you actually want to SEE Epcot you should also request "5th floor". Do this tomorrow, don't wait until checkin!

We requested this and were very fortunate to get it on our first trip. I was delighted with the view. The standard advice is that requesting specific rooms is not a good idea. (right Doc?)

We had room 134 when we were there in January, and it was a great room! The patio door looked over the quiet pool, so we could run from our rom to the quiet pool and hot tub. I loved it.

As a aprevious poster said, if you actually want to SEE Epcot, ask for a 5th floor room. If you just want to be away from the quiet pool, ask to have a room away from the quiet pool.
