Best 2 day plan park to park December 6-8?

DH and I have been to Universal once 12 years ago, but this is the first family trip and we can't wait! December 6-8

We are all excited for Harry Potter!!! We'll be 2 adults and 2 seven year old children.

Does anyone want to share the best 2 day plan with a park to park ticket? We're staying at RPH so we'll also have express pass.

Mostly I'm concerned with minimizing the HP lines as much as we can. Thanks!!!

Very interested in this myself. Our situation is in October and without kids but still curious about how to maximize the HP experience. I figure the other stuff will not be that difficult with EP.

I'm interested too. Based on what I've read, taking advantage of early entry is key - be there well before early entry so you're among the first in line. The alternative is to ride single rider or just before close.

Either onsite or a package purchase thru a partner hotel ( has to be a package).Dreams unlimited used to include it with their park tickets and RT transfers, but most recently ( last month) , my neighbors said it didn't work anymore( not sure if this is true or not)
