Besides Tampa what other airports are within driving distance to WDW?

Daytona Beach (DAB) should be inside two hours, probably closer to 1.5. You might even be able to do Sarrasota (SRQ) in two hours, maybe more like 2:15.

Melbourne also has a small airport that Delta flys into. I think that's about an hour from Orlando, with good traffic; a bit longer if during rush hours.

Gainsville airport would be right at the 2 hour mark. It is served by Delta and several others with small commuter type planes. The nice part is security take very little time, last time I flew out of Gainsville(just after 9/11) you couldn't even go through security until the plan was on the ground, so no need to arrive hours before flight time.
