BEOS- Anyone willing to share recent ones?

I have done a search for the beos and have found some threads, but havent had much luck finding ones near what Im looking at trying to get together. I did find a few, but I am hoping that if some of you recent brides would be willing to post your BEO or sample BEOS.:goodvibes Pretty please :worship::lovestruc

I am specifically trying to see BEOS that are close to the final product that are close to the minimums. How many guests, and total cost, any costs that you added in addition to the Disney costs.

I am still between Wishes & Escape, we are prob going to be under 30 guests or around there. I am trying to put all the parts together to see what I can make fit. I would appreciate any help you could offer!

6" chunky cylinder vase with water and clear marbles at bottom. Float one pale yellow rose bloom. Place on top of cylinder one 4" pale yellow rose pomander. Place on sweetheart table - $115

3 votive candle on each table and sweetheart table - 12 x $2.50 = $30

Sprinkle rose petals on each table - $50

Place 4 crackled glass votive cups on each table filled half way with water with pale yellow rose bloom. 16 x $5 = $80

25 sliver matt charger plates. 25 x $6 = $150

I am having 20 guests in the Whitehall Room and patio, I think my BEO is for more guests though. I am also not having Cinderella's Coach anymore, I can't afford it :sad1:

I don't blame you, I don't think I could justify spending more on the coach then on the ceremony location... :confused3
 
We are also seriously rethinking Cindy's carriage. I mean I really want it but I can't justify spending that much money for it especially for the short amount of time you have it. I'm thinking I could do a lot more with that money! DH really wants me to get it but I am trying to convince him I won't regret it if I don't get it.

What are you guys doing for photoc videog? I dont see that on the BEO are you using outside? Who are you using? TIA

Now that's a good DF. You just have to ask yourself if you really need Cindy's Coach. There's a difference between want and need.

I don't know if you were talking to me or not but I'm using outside photographers and videographers. I also can't see spending that much money on their packages when I can get more bang for my buck using outside vendors...no offense to Disney Photographers and Videographers on the boards.
 
I'm using Randy Chapman, and not having a videographer.

I was really upset about the carriage at first, but then I kinda thought that once we got to the reception the coach part would be over anyway, and I just prioritised that I wanted nice food, and a dessert party!
DF says that we can have a vow renewal and have the coach then! :goodvibes
