BEO Question

Did your BEO include the floral estimate and the rehearsal dinner?

Our BEO included all of our floral. It did not include our rehearsal dinner. My inlaws hosted the rehearsal dinner, they received a seperate BEO for the dinner from our event manager.

Your BEO includes the floral like Helen said. If you are hosting the rehearsal dinner on property, it may be included in your BEO. I know that our rehearsal dinner is off property, but my BEO reflected the flowers for the rehearsal dinner. This is b/c there was not another master account to book the flowers to. Depending on your situation, you may want to make sure that there are 2 different master accounts.

Thank you both for your responses. Kammie received hers yesterday, and while we were looking through it she noticed their was a price for the floral. She was wondering if this was from Disney floral or just an estimate.
The rehearsal is at O'hana's, but just says that guests will pay for themselves. So that is noted on the BEO, but the price is not included.

Nope it is the cost. They put it all in one place. She should receive an itemized list from the florist on cost. If she hasn't gotten that yet, make sure to ask for it next time she speaks to the Disney Florist!
