BEO help!

I am trying to figure out my BEO. My floral BEO has the price breakdown, tax, and a total amount due all nicely laid out. However, my food/ beverage BEO isn't quite broken down so nicely There is no total, only prices for certain items (ex: SBP fee $1500, Brunch buffet $77 per person, etc.)

I emailed my EM and asked her how to figure out the total price. She said the tax and gratuity is already included in all the food and beverage items. However, she did not mention the other items such as SBP, the DJ, etc. Is tax already included in those prices too?

I hope this makes sense, I am pretty confused. I wish this was clearly stated and there was a "total price" included somewhere.

Jen,

There is another document you probably haven't received yet. It is an Estimated Budget. It goes along with the BEO once you are in the final stages. That breaks everything out cleanly for you to view. I hope that this helps!!

Thanks Jonette! I actually have that document, but there are no prices filled in I think I will call my EM tomorrow and ask her about this.

Your floral has a breakdown because its applied equally to all items, your reception/ceremony does not because each "area" is given different tax and tip....but it is included...your final number on your total is the final price...
(well at least it was for mine in May)

FYI everyone... if Disney sends you blank pages attached w/ your BEO, make sure you tell your planner b/c something probably is supposed to be on those pages
