Benefits of booking as a group?

We are going to WDW next year with my husband's family. Are there any group rates/discounts that we should know about?
I know they used to have special options and activities for "Grand Gatherings" but it looks like that has been discontinued.

Disney won't qualify you as a group unless you book at least 10 rooms.
