I think we're going to go Oct 19th to 23rd give or take a day or two.

We're still debating on a hotel - my husband just got a very large promotion too so my budget just got a little better. We're going to stay CL but where is up in the air. He wants main building GF club level just to say he did it once. I have a hard time handing over $815 (pre some discount) on a room. We'll probably end up at Beach Club or Boardwalk or Contemporary. We'll see what happens and whats offered for discount with bounceback.

I agree though - even with the promotion $815 bucks for 1 night in a hotel room? If you could find a 40% off discount then I would say go for it!
For F & W, I would definitely want to spend my money on an Epcot resort.

I recommend the Yacht Club over the Beach. There's just something...better about it. The CL is similar, but the hotel is better for some reason. Plus, you're guaranteed a balcony at YC. I would be mad if I forked over all the $$ for CL and didn't get a balcony. Oh, and the Poly has a wonderful CL.
I guess for F&W I'd want to stay at an Epcot resort though...

I thought it was me ... ya know, that time at Kimonos ... I thought maybe I was putting out stink vibes or something. If I came across badly I apologize ... my only excuse is that I had gutworm issues that night (I don't think I even had a drink at Kimonos ... the horror!! ).

Oh no, you were all very friendly, and clearly on a double date. I *am* naturally very squirrelly in person. Even with my friends I am a weirdo and am only social in groups like... once a month, if that. I'm like Gonzo... or Data. I said 'Hi' and all was good. You and your gutworm did no wrong.

I do hope you and your husband have a great time in Vegas. You'll have to eat extra well to make up for skipping WDW.

So...hey there...what's up?
I've been avoiding the boards because there was no Disney trip imminent, and now...I think I have dh talked into another fall trip.
So I'm sticking my big toe in the water.

We've been somewhat boring, other than a moment when we thought we were moving from Michigan to South Carolina!
I was kind of hoping the new job would come through for dh (and not just because it was 12 hours closer to WDW), but it was not to be.
I flew down with him for the interview (first time on a plane in 23 years, and with a 1 year old in tow), at the company's request, and spent 24 lovely hours in SC...and didn't see much! LOL
What I did see seemed very nice.

So...What's new? What's the scoop? Bendy behaving? Any Cat high jinks?
Big Easter dinner plans? New tasty drink recipes?

I feel very out of the loop!
