Elin, we are so sorry to hear about Bob's hospitalization. We are praying for a good outcome and for you and your girls.

Thank you, everyone. I appreciate all your kind words and wonderful thoughts for us right now. Bob rested comfortably last night, sedated and on a ventilator. They will do a follow-up CT scan sometime todya to access the damage so we can go forth from this point. Kristin insisted that I go home with her last night and her room mate stopped to take care of our dog and picked up Chinese food. They fed me and "watered" me with a bottle of of B I ** H grenache, and then I slept for 9 hours straight. That is a lot for me so I guess after being awake 40+ hours I must have needed it!

I came home this morning to take care of the dog and clean up a bit. I put beef stew in the crock pot so we have something to eat when we come home and I will head out to the hospital with Kristin about 11:00. I will put an update on fb simply because it is easier that way.

Robin, I haven't been here in a few days and just saw your post about Disneyland. We ate at Plaza Inn and the meal is actually called Breakfast with Minnie--we saw Pooh, Tigger, Eeyore, Piglet, Capt. Hook, Rafiki, Fairy Godmother, Minnie, Max, Chip, and Dale. (last year we saw Gepetto, too). They serve all the hot foods to you, only the cereals and fruit are out, so it's not so much of a free for all. You get your own drinks instead of being served like at Crystal Palace. I highly recommend it!

Thanks for the info Jamie! I'm glad to hear it was a great breakfast since we do go there as part of the ABD trip. I'm looking forward to it!

No change. Still sedated and on a ventilator. May need a trach and a feeding tube for a while. We are pleased with what we are hearing but there is no prognosis

I have my May Trip booked - May 18th to 22nd. I'm taking a girlfriend on her 2nd trip to Disney but she isn't a foodie so it will be more a ride focused trip which is fine.

We're still debating on October dates and will probably wait until the F&W Schedule gets released so we can make sure we get what we want as I really want to try the California Grill Signature Dinner this year.

Yesterday was not one I want to do over. We have sunshine here in VA instead of the snow they had been predicting, so I am hoping that might bring some better news today.
