Bell services question

we are doing our first split stay in September. We are switching resorts on our MNSSHP night. We plan on getting to MK at 4:00 because we made the mistake of not arriving until 6:00 last year and the 7 dwarfs line was already 2 hours. But now we are realizing that we have to check out of BLT and our room at WL may not be ready before 4:00. So my question is, we have our car, so we were going to drive our own luggage over, but we have food and things that I don't want sitting in the car all day in September. Will bell services take our luggage up to our room if we are at the party? If we get back after midnight, will they still bring it? Just trying to get a good plan on what to do. ( really hoping our waitlist comes through for BLT. We don't have to move)

I've been reading about split stays. We are doing our first one in December and what I've read is that you have to be in your room for them to deliver your bags. Also I think bell services is 24 hours. Maybe someone else can confirm this. There is a split stay thread on here that has a lot of info. You might have luck with your room being ready early. Maybe check with the hotel that morning and let them know what's going on. I'm sure they'll try to accommodate you if they can with your room ready. early

You do have to be in your room to get your bags from Bell Services, so no, they won't bring it up while you are at the party.
They do operate 24 hours a day so you can call for them when you return from the party
