Believe it or not I really don't know

My friend asked me if the Lunch and Dinner at CRT is with the characters (Cindy ect..) I know breakfast is, but I couldn't tell her something that seems so simple. Can someone please help me inform my friend if there are Characters present. Thanks

Lunch is, dinner isn't!

Until a few months ago it was just breakfast. Now it is breakfast and lunch. There are no characters (except in the lobby) for dinner.
