Being able to log in on the MDE app but not the website

I can log in to the MDE app and all other Disney sites with my login info, just not disneyworld.disney.go.com in a web browser. Is this common, and is it related to the service interruptions on November 18-19, or should I call to see if something's wrong?

I just came here to search this issue. I (finally) have time to edit our pictures from last month's trip and I can't login!!! Holy cow, the timing!

My partner can't sign in either. It must be a thing. Hopefully someone will let us know when the website works again.

It says my password is wrong, but I know mine is correct!

I had the same issue. I ended up resetting my password and now it is letting me log in... strange

I reset my password thinking that was the problem, but still couldn't log in for the past 30 minutes. After your comment, isbella, I tried again and it worked.
