Beginning Yoga DVD and accessories

I'm looking for a basic, beginner's Yoga DVD that won't kill me! I'm brand new to it and need to learn the basics. Also, what sort of accessories to you need? I assume a mat but are there other things that are essential? Thanks!

I just got a kit from Kohl's. It has the mat, DVD and a yoga block in it. Was on sale for about 20 bucks.

I got a similar kit from Wal-Mart a few years ago. Basically, all you need is a mat, but blocks are useful for beginners (learning how to hold poses, etc.) Mine came with a strap and I've never used it! Good luck! Yoga is awesome!
