Beginning of August on Wish-weather?

Is it absolutely miserable with heat/humidity sailing to the Bahamas in August? Is it cooler out on the water? or just unbearable to be on the open decks that time of year?

It will be very hot, but I think you can still have fun and dip yourself in the ocean. The water will feel quite nice.

It is going to be hot. I highly recommend water shoes if you will have little ones in and out of different pools, and the aqua mouse. That pool deck can get HOT!

There isn’t too much shade on the Wish. Just keep that in mind as you plan your day.

Probably the same weather outlook (hot and humid) in early September on the Fantasy? "Find shade and stay in the water" sounds like great advice!

We had a large aft verandah on the dream in early August, 2021 for a B2B. It was so hot that we couldn’t use the verandah. And since it was a Bahamas cruise, the ship never seemed to sail fast enough to create much of a breeze. The water at castaway was nice though.
