Last year, I refused to spend $$$$ and time stressing, and my DD still gets annoyed about it :rotfl2:. But hey, the Easter Bunny brought them :lmao:

Wish I knew! The big one I tried to track down last year was the Barbie Glamour Camper. I went to over 12 stores looking for it. Online it was sold out everywhere. Now they are in stock but reviews say they are junk so we still won't be buying it!

I didn't go crazy looking for them and DD's Godfather picked them up @ CVS (he's a manager hahahaha) so didn't have to stress over that one.

But a few years back I went crazy looking all over for those Mickey mouse clubhouse figures....oy, what a PITA that was, did manage to get them @ Wal-Mart, was there every other day @ opening b/c we lives across the street at that time.

Wish I knew what it will be. By this time last year, I was trying to find Zhu Zhu pets because a friend in Arizona had been talking about them. This year I have heard nothing about a new toy and really haven't seen anything interesting on the tv commercials.

For boys, I'm thinking Dinosaur Train. It's already sold out everywhere!

Nothing on our list yet(the nintendo 3ds would be but that's not coming out until April)
All the "lists" I have seen for 2010 actually look like all the hot toys last year. So nothing new is jumping out at me.

Our god daughter is 10 and she still really likes the zhu zhu pets. She managed one at Christmas and I just found out she now has several and does play with them.

They just came out with 'fighter' style ones to get more boy interest. My 9 yo son was eyeing them at Target this week. I think I'll be buying him 2 of them for Xmas to offset more practical gifts we are planning for this holiday.

I also recommend the pillow pets for this age group. DS has a knock off leopard and it is his pillow of choice. Several of his buddies (male and female) are all quite taken with them.

Pop on Pals for the toddler set. Little People on steiroids

Zoobles for the 4-10 girls. It's like if Bakugan & Littlest Pet Shop mated.

Bratz are suppose to be on the shelves again. And I know the Monster High dolls are suppose to be released soon, they've been featured in the Justice catalog and I know a few girls who really like them. I don't know if either of these will be the MUST have toy.

Thanks for the heads up on these. I haven't heard of them yet and just showed them to my DD5. She loved them and instantly wanted them, which she doesn't always do with toys. She does also want a pillow pet, but she is a big stuffed animal fan so that is to be expected.

Rumor has it squinkies and zoobles for girls this year, they are selling out around here like crazy

The walgreens in my area recently started selling pillow pets. I'm sure they will have a better sale on them for the holidays than Hallmark. If you have a nearby walgreens you might want to check them for a pillow pet for your little one. DD4 loves hers and one day I grabbed it for a quick nap on the couch and fell in love! We now have 2, one for me and one for DD.

Bed, Bath & Beyond had Pillow Pets here the other day. DD was trying to convince us she needed another one. :lmao:

Thanks! I have my squinkies :cool1: :cool1: and my DD didn't want the PillowPet, she wanted the Zoobies instead. I must say, the quality difference is AMAZING. I love the Zoobies :goodvibes. I wasn't impressed by the Pillow Pets at all.

Could you please describe said "squinkies" and "zoobies"?
