In the beer school, you get 6 small (maybe 2 or 3 oz.) samples of different beers . . . be careful, though because some are not that good (one deliberately old as if left in a hot car to demonstrate the importance of storage and freshness). In the hospitality house, there are two bars, one in front in plain sight of the eating areas, another more hidden toward the back of the house (behind where you wait for beer school). You can get one sample (actually a pretty big cup of about 12 oz.) from each as long as you aren't holding one in your hand when you go to the other. You don't need a coupon or voucher, so if you happen to be there later and the bartender staff has changed, you can go ahead and get another . . .
In my opinion, the hospitality house beers are great but the beer school wasn't that informative. It's free, though, so if you want to see what it's like, sign up for a slot early.
